2、代表性科研成果
(1)微量杂质分析是药物质量控制的重点与难点之一,基于高分辨质谱等现代分析技术,摸索并形成了成熟的药物杂质研究策略,现已成功帮助企业完成氟马西尼、佐匹克隆等多个药物品种原料药及制剂的生产工艺优化与质量提升。
(2)针对传统中药朱砂(HgS)的安全性与质量问题,基于金属组学研究,探索其物质基础、作用机制及药物相互作用。首次发现朱砂在生物体内的汞元素形态转化,明确了其物质基础;并将汞元素形态引入到含朱砂中药的质量控制之中,确立了与朱砂相关的关键制剂质量控制点,为朱砂及含朱砂制剂的质量控制和合理使用提供宝贵的参考依据。
