    3、代表性科研成果
    (1)发展新型侧向流动免疫层析技术用于疾病标志物、药物残留、食品等的现场快速检测,首次提出依靠共价键作用的非捕获抗体依赖型新策略,该策略与传统双抗夹心法相比,灵敏度能提高1000倍,此外还开发出多模式信号读出功能,进一步提高检测灵敏度,并且开发出检出线和质控线易于区分的双色读出线,并能实现针对临床病理样本的检测。
    (2)发展新型金属基纳米药物,利用其生物相容性好、表面易修饰的特性实现主动靶向病变部位,利用类酶活性、光学性能、磁学性能等实现针对耐药致病性细菌和肿瘤细胞的高效治疗,并在细菌感染模型和肿瘤模型中取得优于临床药物的显著疗效。
