Our school has a total of 273 faculty and professional staff, including 171 full-time faculty members (80 professors and 76 associate professors). We have 74 doctoral supervisors, 50 master's supervisors, and 4 part-time supervisors. As of today, the school has 5 National High-level Talents including the National Science Fundation Distinguished Young Scholars, 13 National High-level Young Talents, 1 National Distinguished Lecturer, 1 National Model Lecturer, 2 National Distinguished Lecturers（Teams）on Curriculum Ideology and Politics, and 3 professors granted the State Council's special government allowances. In addition,  many professors and faculty members in our school have been awarded diverse honors from Jiangsu Province.
