3. Representative Research Achievements
(1) Establish the key technology of biomimetic recombination of natural particles and efficient self-assembly drug delivery system to solve the bottleneck of hypotonic transport of insoluble drugs and improved the clinical efficacy.
(2) Reveal the regulation mechanism of bionic transmembrane transport of natural particles to solve the difficult problem of complex physiological membrane barrier delivery of biological macromolecules.
(3) Develop multidimensional prevention and treatment strategies for Alzheimer's disease based on biomimetic HDL recombination technology, and further elucidate the interventional mechanism of HDL in neurodegenerative diseases.
