    3. Representative Research Achievements

    (1) Sensitive and specific analytical methods for multiple types of genotoxic impurities in drugs, including common genotoxic or potential genotoxic impurities.

    (2)A cell model with SERS sensing technology has been developed for toxicity assessment on genotoxic or potential genotoxic impurities in drugs.

    (3)The improving of drug quality standards for traditional Chinese medicines. Some analytical methods such as assay, impurity test and identification of metabolites have been established for R&D of traditional Chinese medicine.


    Research direction is bioanalysis. The purpose is to develop analytical method for in vivo/in vitro determination of drugs and their biomarkers for drug quality and safety assurance.
