    2. Representative Research Achievement

    (1)NSFC funded project ‘Study on the mechanism of toxicity reduction and efficacy enhancement of Danggui buxue tang and gemcitabine combination in the treatment of NSCLC based on metabolic enzymes regulation’ found that after combined use of Danggui buxue decoction, the concentration of gemcitabine active metabolites in PBMCs increased significantly. Danggui buxue decoction can regulate the expression of dCK, P-gp, HuR and Nrf2 in tumor tissue, and play an antitumor synergistic role. At the same time, Danggui buxue decoction can improve the organ index, the number of white blood cells and platelets, the expression levels of TPO, GM-CSF, IL-2 and IL-6, up-regulate the expressions of cyclin D1, CDK4 and CDK6. And it also can relieve the G1 phase of BMNCs in model mice, promoting the proliferation of BMNCs, and then reduce myelosuppression.

    (2)‘Project of Urban Sewage Drug Abuse Assessment’ in Zhejiang province carried out from 2018~2022 drew a sewage drug abuse map for 11 cities 118 sampling sites characterized with abuse level and species.
