    2. Representative Research Achievements

    (1) The development of electrochemical immunosensors based on nanomaterials, which performed the high selectivity and sensitivity for the detection and analysis of tumor markers and viruses, was of great significance for the clinical research and diagnosis of tumors and the diagnosis and treatment of other diseases. It also provided a novel and sensitive method for the detection of various life related substances.

    (2) A simple, rapid and accurate method for the determination of four electrochemically active components in human urine from patients with pheochromocytoma, namely norepinephrine, epinephrine, norbenzyl epinephrine and m-norepinephrine, was established by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection, providing a basis for the diagnosis of chromaffin tumors and a relatively simple, rapid effective analytical methods.
