2、代表性科研成果
(1) 在低聚环氧硅烷的开环聚合领域:1. 开发了新型智能自淬灭系统, 60年来首次证明低聚环氧硅烷的完全开环聚合是可以实现的;2. 设计了多功能卡宾催化剂,实现了开环聚合与缩聚协同反应,直接制得高纯度、分子量可控的均聚及嵌段共聚物,具有重要应用前景;3. 针对工业生产中复杂的工艺与高昂的成本等问题,成功设计并制备了价格低廉的多功能催化剂,实现“一锅法”合成各类高纯度有机硅。该催化剂在 Elkem 公司中试,具备产业化应用潜力。(国际专利号:PCT/FR2024/000037, PCT/FR2024/000061和PCT/FR2024/000071)
(2) 在化学和药学的交叉领域:通过对外围基团的精准控制,合成了一系列卟啉超分子光敏剂,显著提高了双光子性质,荧光和氧光敏化能力(Chem. Eur. J., 2024, e202303243);对卟啉分子的亲水性-疏水性平衡、内在化能力和生物介质中的聚集等因素控制,使光动力治疗的效果明显增强(Chem Commun., 2019, 55, 12231-12234);申请人将疏水性卟啉负载到水溶性聚合物中,在光动力治疗方面也获得了良好的结果(Cancers, 2022, 14, 2358)。
